Arlington, Va., Aug. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Corvex, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOVE), an engineering-led AI computing platform specializing in GPU-accelerated infrastructure for AI workloads, today announced that Garrett Brams has joined the company to lead its data center sourcing and development strategy.
Brams will oversee the sourcing, evaluation, leasing, and development of mission-critical data center projects supporting Corvex’s expanding AI Factory platform. This will strengthen the company’s access to strategic sites and power and accelerate the development of next-generation AI infrastructure.
“Garrett knows where the power is, who controls it, and what it takes to get a site energized,” said Jay Crystal, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Corvex. “His experience on projects where power, capital, and construction all have to land at once helps us find sites earlier, diligence them faster, and bring capacity online at scale for our AI Factory customers.”
The appointment comes as Corvex scales its AI Factory platform to meet growing demand for secure, high-performance AI compute. AI workloads are becoming more power-dense and operationally complex, and successful deployments now require coordinated execution across cluster architecture, power, cooling, networking, storage, procurement, and site operations. Brams’ appointment strengthens Corvex’s position on three inputs that gate that work: access to sites, access to power, and early visibility into supply as it comes to market.
Brams joins Corvex from Cushman & Wakefield, where, as Managing Director, he advised developers, owners, occupiers, and institutional investors on complex, capital-intensive infrastructure projects. His experience spans the full lifecycle of mission-critical assets, including acquisitions, development, leasing, operations, and dispositions, with a focus on projects where power availability, resiliency, scalability, and speed-to-market were paramount.
“AI infrastructure is no longer just a real estate challenge — it is an execution challenge,” Brams said. “The companies that can consistently align power, land, capital, engineering, construction, and operations into a repeatable development platform serve an immense market demand for high-performance compute. The ones that can leverage extensive industry relationships to expedite this complex coordination will be the ones that define the next decade of AI. Corvex has assembled a team that can execute at that level, and I am glad to help build the infrastructure that will power the future of artificial intelligence.”
