Corvex (“Corvex”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or other similar terms) is an AI cloud computing company specializing in GPU-accelerated infrastructure for AI workloads and other AI-related services (the “Services”).

This Website Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) describes the privacy practices Corvex uses in connection with Corvex’s website and marketing activities and related interactions as described below. Among other things, this Privacy Policy includes a “Notice of Collection” attached hereto as Exhibit A consistent with the requirements of California privacy law in order to provide information regarding the categories of personal information that Corvex collects from the individuals that visit our website, receive Corvex marketing and otherwise interact with us as described herein, and how Corvex uses that information.

This Privacy Policy does NOT apply in situations where Corvex is processing personal information on behalf of the customers to whom Corvex provides its Services (each, a “Customer”) (or the employees, representatives or other end users of a Customer). Please visit your Corvex Terms of Service or other commercial agreement with Corvex covering the Services for more information related to how we collect and process personal information collected from Customers in connection with the Services.

BY INTERACTING WITH CORVEX, YOU SIGNIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLYBOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH ANY PART OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE CEASE ALL INTERACTIONS WITH US.

1. General

This Privacy Policy informs you how Corvex collects, uses, secures and shares Personal Information that we collect when you interact with us in the following ways (collectively referred to as “Interactions” including similar terms like “Interacting”, etc.):

1. Visit our https://www.corvex.ai website and related websites (collectively, the “Site”);
2. Visit our offices;
3. Receive communications from us, including invitations, resources, materials, emails, phone calls or texts;
4. Submit requests, inquiries or other communications (both solicited and unsolicited) to us regarding the Services and any of our other services and offerings;
5. Engage with us at tradeshows; and
6. Interact with us in other ways related to our legitimate business interests.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term “Personal Information” means data and/or information that identifies, relates to, describes or can be associated with an individual or their household, which may include but is not limited to, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, online contact information (including, without limitation, an instant messaging user identifier or a screen name that reveals an individual’s e-mail address), account numbers (financial and otherwise), government-issued identifier (including, but not limited to, social security number) and any other data or information considered “personal information” or “personal data” under applicable laws (including, in some jurisdictions, IP addresses, and where applicable cookie information and mobile identifiers).

As noted above, this Privacy Policy relates only to Personal Information we collect in connection with the Interactions and does not address the privacy practices we employ in connection with the Services. Please visit your Corvex Terms of Service or other commercial agreement with Corvex covering the Services for more information related to how we handle information collected via the Services, including if you are the client, buyer or other end user of a Customer. In that situation, the Customer acts as the “data controller” with respect to your Personal Information and any questions or concerns you have about the use of your Personal Information by the Customer must be submitted directly to them as they (and not Corvex) determine the purpose and means for processing your Personal Information. For the avoidance of doubt, Corvex acts as the “data processor” in this situation and is not responsible for, and you will not hold or seek to hold Corvex liable for, any data processing activities undertaken by the Customers.

For clarity, if you Interact directly with us in a capacity other than as a client, buyer or other user of a Customer, your Personal Information will be used by us pursuant to the terms of this Privacy Policy, even if you may also access and use the Services.

2. Information We Collect And How We Collect It

Information You Provide to Us

When you visit the Site or otherwise Interact with us, we may ask you to provide information, including Personal Information, to support your request or otherwise facilitate the Interaction. You may also voluntarily elect to provide us with Personal Information without our prior request. For instance, you may share Personal Information such as first and last name, organization name, professional title, physical address, email address, telephone number, and social media identifiers with Corvex when you (i) submit web forms (for example, requesting information about our Services or subscribing to Corvex marketing communications) or send Corvex an email or message; (ii) transmit information by telephone, email, or social media networks, including Corvex’s “contact us” web form and/or submitting posts and messages through Corvex’s LinkedIn page or other Corvex social media sites; (iii) register for or attend a Corvex event; or (iv) provide it via other methods that Corvex may request, allow or enable from time to time (for instance, responding to surveys; participating in marketing activities, or providing suggestions or improvements for the Interactions).

Information We Automatically Collect and Track

When you access and use the Site or otherwise Interact with us, we may use technology to automatically collect information, including Personal Information, about you, your device and/or our Interaction. For example:

• Usage Details: When you access and use the Site, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Site, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and sources that you access and use on or through the Site, as well as the address of the web page visited before visiting the Site and after leaving the Site.
• Device Information: We may collect information about your device (mobile, computer or otherwise) and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, the device's telephone number, information about browser configuration and plugins, language preferences and cookie data.
• Location Information: We receive information from you that helps us approximate your location. We may, for example, use an address submitted by you, or an IP address received from your browser or device to determine approximate location. We may also collect location information from devices in accordance with the consent process provided by your device.
• Behavioral Information: We also may use these technologies to collect information about your activities over time and across third party websites, apps, or other online services (i.e., behavioral tracking).
• Other Interaction Information: When you Interact with us via the Site or through other means, we collect information about when, where and how the Interactions occur, the names of the parties involved in the Interactions, a description of the Interactions, and other related details involving the Interactions.

The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include:

• Cookies: A cookie is a small file placed on your device or hard drive. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your smartphone or internet browser. You can also control non-essential cookies via our cookie preference center. However, depending on the cookie settings and preferences you select, you may be unable to fully accomplish the goals of your Interactions.
• Web Beacons: The Site and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us to track usage patterns, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system and server integrity).
• Log Files: This is information which is automatically reported by a visitors web browser each time that visitor views a web page, possibly including, but not limited to, the visitor’s IP address, browser type and language, number of clicks, domain names of websites visited, pages viewed, and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, and the date and time of the visit.
• Third Party Service-Based Technologies and Information: We may collect, store and use certain information from third party sites and services that are accessible via or integrated with or otherwise contemplated by or complimentary to the Interactions (e.g. Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or X accounts). For instance, we may collect information and materials disclosed by you on third party message boards, chat features, blogs, public databases and websites, social media platforms and other services or platforms. We may provide social media and other platforms with limited personal information about you, such as certain identifiers or your hashed email address, which they match with their customers’ profiles. Based on this, the platform may show you our ads, look for other users who may enjoy our ads, suppress our ads for you, and provide us insights on how to optimize and better target our advertising. We may also receive access, store and/or use information that is collected by third party service providers and our other vendors related to the Site and other Interactions (e.g. Google Analytics). This practice is considered cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Other. We may use other available technologies that may be integrated into the Site or otherwise employed by us in relation to the Interactions.

Information We Collect from Third Parties

We may collect information, including Personal Information, that others provide about you, or obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through the Interactions. Any information request regarding the disclosure of your Personal Information to us should be directed to such third parties.

• Third Party Services: When you use the Site or its content, certain third parties may use automatic information collection and tracking technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include social media companies, analytics companies; your mobile device manufacturer; your mobile service provider; and other information. We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information. This information varies and is controlled by that service or as authorized by you via your privacy settings at that service.
• Corvex Customers, Users and other Individuals: We may receive your contact information, email address or other Personal Information about you from other individuals. For instance, our subscribers may share it with us on the basis that you may like to receive information regarding our Services. Individuals may use social media tags or identifiers to indicate that you are interested in learning more about our Services.
• Other Sources: To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may receive additional information about you, such as demographic data, identify or account verification information, or fraud detection information, from third party service providers and/or partners, and combine it with information we have about you. We may also receive information about you from third party sites and applications that deploy tracking technologies. For instance, Facebook and other social media platforms may use tracking technologies to collect information about you (ads and content you viewed, etc.) and we may receive and use that information for marketing purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

Generally

We generally process your Personal Information for the following purposes:

• To provide the Site and otherwise perform and facilitate the Interactions.
• For our legitimate interests or those of a third party, where your rights and interests do not override those interests (understanding and improving the Interactions, administer and protect the Interactions, marketing, etc.).
• To comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Sometimes, we may process your information for other reasons, such as where you have given us consent to use your Personal Information in certain ways or to protect your vital interest. We also may process your Personal Information for more than one reason depending on the specific purpose for which we are using your data. Please contact us if you need details about the specific reasons (and corresponding legal grounds) we are relying on to process your Personal Information where more than one ground has been set forth below.

Facilitating the Interactions

We use the information we collect or receive (including Personal Information) as follows, including by sharing it with third parties as described below:

• Provide the Site and facilitate the Interactions.
• Deliver information to you and to otherwise communicate with you regarding administrative matters.
• Respond to your requests, inquiries, comments and concerns.
• Personalize your Interactions with us.
• Provide technical, product and other support for the Site and our various service offerings.
• Better understand you and/or maintain and improve the accuracy of the records we hold about you.

We process your Personal Information where it is necessary for the adequate performance of the Interactions. We also process this information given our legitimate interest in managing our business and carrying out the Interactions in an effective, personalized manner.

Understand and Improve the Interactions

We use your Personal Information to analyze, operate, protect, improve, and customize the Site, the Interactions and user experience, such as by performing data analytics, studying how the Site is used, improving the Site and our Interactions, develop new methods of Interacting with us, for audit and reporting purposes, for purposes of developing new products, services, features and benefits, and for our other business and commercial purposes to the extent permitted by applicable law. We process this information given our legitimate interest in managing our business, improving the Site and our Interactions, understanding how the Site and Interactions are being used, informing our marketing strategy and developing and growing our business.

Administer and Protect the Interactions

We use your Personal Information to:

• Prevent, detect, investigate, and mitigate fraud, security incidents, abuse, or other potentially harmful or illegal activities.
• Maintain our network and information security, and to protect information against loss, damage, theft or unauthorized access.
• Perform technical support, troubleshooting, testing, and system maintenance.
• Conduct security investigations and risk assessments.
• Verify your identity.
• Conduct checks against databases and other information sources, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and with your consent where required.

We process your Personal Information where it is necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations. We also process this information given our legitimate interest in managing our business, ensuring network and information security, and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Legal and Safety

We use your Personal Information to:

• Prevent, detect, investigate, resolve and mitigate potential or actual fraud, security incidents, abuse, violation of our agreements and policies, or other potentially harmful or illegal activities.
• Comply with our legal obligations, including managing legal and regulatory requests and requirements.
• Enforce or defend our rights under our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other agreements and policies.
• Resolve any disputes with any of our users and enforce our agreements with third parties.

Additionally, if we should ever file for bankruptcy or have our assets sold to or merge with another entity (or otherwise engage in any business combination or similar transaction), information Corvex has collected about you through the Interactions is our asset and may be transferred without any restriction. We process your Personal Information where it is necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations or to ensure adequate performance of the Interactions. We also process this information given our legitimate interest in protecting our Site and the Interactions, preventing harm or illegal activities, enforcing or defending our legal rights, and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Provide and Improve our Marketing and Other Approved Reasons

We use your Personal Information to:

• Send you promotional messages, marketing, advertising, and other information that we think may be of interest to you.
• Personalize, measure, and improve our marketing and advertising.
• Administer referral programs, rewards, surveys, sweepstakes, contests, or other promotional activities or events sponsored or managed by Corvex or its third-party partners.
• For other specific purposes that we communicate to you.

We may provide social media and other platforms with limited personal information about you, such as certain identifiers or your hashed email address, which they match with their customers’ profiles. Based on this, the platform may show you our ads, look for other users who may enjoy our ads, suppress our ads for you, and provide us insights on how to optimize and better target our advertising.

We will process your Personal Information given our legitimate interest in undertaking marketing activities to offer you products or services that may be of your interest, informing our marketing strategies, and developing and growing our business.

Where we collect and share your Personal Information, you may withdraw your consent for us to use your information at any time by contacting us (See “Your Choices About our Activities” below). Depending on your state of location, you may also at any time exercise your legally-mandated opt-out rights consistent with the requirements of applicable law (See “Your Choices About our Activities” below).

4. Disclosure Of Your Personal Information

We will only share Personal Information collected through the Interactions as follows:

• To contractors, service providers, sub-processors and other third parties we use to support the Interactions (collectively, “Sub-Processors”), and only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them (e.g. hosting, data analysis, order fulfillment, infrastructure provision, IT services, customer service, email delivery services, credit card processing, marketing and sales assistance, event management, etc.). A list of the Sub-Processors we use is included at the end of this Privacy Policy.
• To our corporate family of companies that are related by common ownership or control, to enable or support us in carrying out the Interactions.
• To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Corvex’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by Corvex is among the assets transferred.
• To third parties to assist us with our marketing efforts, and/or to also market their products or services to you, if you have not opted out of these disclosures (as based on the state of your location).
• For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
• To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
• To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, and for billing and collection.
• If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of, the Services, the Site, Corvex, our customers or others.
• Other situations that you have either approved or have not opted out of (as based on the state of your location).
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also share aggregated information (information about individuals that we combine together so that it no longer identifies or references a particular individual) and other anonymized information for regulatory compliance, industry and market analysis, demographic profiling, marketing and advertising, and other business purposes.

5. Your Choices About Our Activities

We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain Personal Information uses.

• Promotional offers from us: You will receive marketing communications from us if you have requested information from us or purchased services from us and, in each case, you have not opted out of receiving that marketing.  
• Third party marketing: We may share your information with third parties to assist us with our marketing efforts, and/or to also market their products or services to you.  You have the ability to opt-out of these disclosures.
• Opt-out: You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages and/or to cease our behavioral advertising or targeted advertising activities and other selling and sharing of your Personal Information at any time by contacting us at any time at privacy@corvex.ai by using the contact information set forth below or by utilizing our privacy control functionality by clicking on the “Your Privacy Choices” link at the footer of our website.
• Disabling Cookies: You have options with respect to cookies. You have full control over which non-essential cookies we use; simply click here. This cookie preference center will also provide information on the specific cookies set, the duration the cookie is set for and a description of the cookie. You may also be able to modify your web browser preferences in order to exercise your rights related to cookies. To learn more about cookies, including how to enable cookies, change your browser settings and find and delete cookies on your hard drive, please refer to your web browser’s help menus or visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

If you are concerned about data collected in connection with the Interactions or would like to discuss or exercise rights you may have under this Privacy Policy, you may contact us at privacy@corvex.ai  or by using the contact information set forth below.  You can also exercise your opt-out rights by clicking on the “Your Privacy Choices” link at the footer of our website.  

If we receive your Personal Information from a data controller for whom we act as a processor and you wish to exercise your rights under applicable law, then we will forward your request to the data controller of your Personal Information to allow them to respond.

6. Data Retention

We will only retain your Personal Information for as long as is necessary to carry out the purpose for which it was collected, and if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. If you no longer want us to use your information for purposes of carrying out the Interactions, you can request that we erase your Personal Information.  However, please note that we may no longer be able to support or provide the facilitate the Interactions in that situation.  Please also be aware that because we maintain our networks to protect from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your Personal Information may not be removed from our backup systems for a limited period of time.

7. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.  We are SOC2 certified and all information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Corvex will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any data breach or security incident impacting your Personal Information in any material respect. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly exclude any liability arising from any unauthorized access to Personal Information.

8. Personal Information of Children

The Interactions are not intended for or targeted at children, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from an individual under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child, please contact us at privacy@corvex.ai or by using the contact information set forth below.

9. Your State Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of certain states (e.g., California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Virginia), you have certain additional privacy rights expressly granted by the privacy laws adopted by your jurisdiction.  Please see Exhibit A to this Privacy Policy for a notice of the additional privacy rights that may be available to you depending on your applicable jurisdiction.   If you are a resident of California, please note that Exhibit A includes our “Notice at Collection” as required by California law.

10. International Data Transfer

Corvex is located in the United States of America.  Therefore, any Personal Information we collect will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may not be regarded as providing the same level of protection for Personal Information as the laws of your home country.  By providing Personal Information to Corvex, you consent to the transfer to, and processing in, the United States as indicated herein.

11. Sub-Processors

Corvex may from time to time use certain Sub-Processors in connection with providing the Site and facilitating the Interactions.  Your Personal Information may be provided to and used by such third parties.  See our Sub-processor List at the end of this Privacy Policy for more information regarding the specific Sub-processors we use. To the extent possible, we seek to limit the rights of these parties with respect to your Personal Information where reasonable, and we do not grant any rights to these organizations to use this information for any marketing or other purpose beyond providing services to us in connection with our business activities; provided that these limitations do not apply to our third party business partners that we may provide information to for marketing or commercial purposes as described above.

12. Scope of Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of Personal Information Corvex collects in connection with the Interactions. Other sites, including sites that may be linked to or available via the Site (if any), have their own privacy policies and data collection use and disclosure practices. Please consult each third party site's privacy policy to understand the privacy practices employed by those third parties.  Corvex is not responsible for the policies or practices of unaffiliated third parties that are not our Sub-processors.

13. Changes To Our Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time.  Modifications will be effective as of the date stated by the “Last Updated” line at the top of this Privacy Policy, or such other date as communicated in a notice to you (which notice which may be given by means including, but not limited to posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Site).

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review the Site and this Privacy Policy periodically and to be aware of any modifications.  Your continued Interactions with us after such modifications will constitute your (i) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (ii) agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

14. Limitation of Liability  

Subject to any requirements or restrictions imposed by applicable law, Corvex’s total and aggregate liability (whether on a direct or indirect basis) arising from or related to this Privacy Policy is one hundred dollars or any amounts set forth in a customer agreement entered into between you and us.

United States Privacy Notice; Notice at Collection

This Exhibit contains additional information relevant to residents of certain US states that have their own laws and regulations regarding data privacy, including the rights that may be available to residents of those states.   This United States Privacy Notice should be read in conjunction with the Corvex Website Privacy Policy set forth above, which provides a description of all of our data collection, use and disclosure practices with respect to the Interactions.  Capitalized terms used in this United States Privacy Notice that are not defined herein have the applicable meanings provided in the Privacy Policy.   If any terms in this United States Privacy Notice conflict with other terms contained in the Privacy Policy, the terms in this United States Privacy Notice shall apply on a case-by-case basis with respect to personal information from a jurisdiction covered in this United States Privacy Notice (and only with respect to the particular jurisdiction giving rise to the conflict, and not with respect to personal information covered by other jurisdictions that is not in conflict.)  The term “Personal Information” as used herein shall mean the data or information that is considered “personal data” or “personal information” (or similar terms) under corresponding state privacy law.  

Specifically, (i) residents of California are subject to additional rights granted by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (California Civil Code §§ 1798.100 to 1798.199) (“CCPA”);  (ii) residents of Colorado are subject to additional rights granted by the Colorado Privacy Act (Colorado Rev. Stat. §§ 6-1-1301 to 6-1-1313) (“ColoPA”); (iii) residents of Connecticut are subject to additional rights granted by the  Connecticut Data Privacy Act (Public Act No. 22-15) (“CTDPA”); (iv) residents of Utah are subject to additional rights granted by the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (Utah Code Ann. §§ 13-61-101 to 13-61-404) (“UCPA”); and (v) residents of Virginia are subject to additional rights granted by the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (Virginia Code Ann. §§ 59.1-575 to 59.1-585) (“VCDPA”).   Additionally, new state privacy laws may come into effect from time to time.  To the extent reasonably possible, this Exhibit shall be construed as covering and applying to all such laws and the terms and conditions of this Exhibit shall be deemed to be updated and adjusted on a mutatis mutandis basis as reasonably necessary to account for those new state privacy laws.  Without limiting the effect of the foregoing, we may also physically update this Exhibit from time to time as necessary to comply with the requirements of any state privacy laws, and those updates will take effect upon the updated Exhibit being posted with an updated revision date.

1. Notice at Collection.

Below is a summary of the categories of Personal Information we may have collected in the preceding 12 months and may collect about you in the future, the purposes for which we use that Personal Information, and how we have shared and disclosed that Personal Information.

2. Your Rights

If you are located in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia and other applicable states, you have some or all of the following additional rights (in each case as applicable based on the laws of your applicable jurisdiction):

1. Right to Know/Right to Access.   You may request to know whether we are processing your personal information and to access such personal information.  If you are in California, you have the right to access the categories of Personal Information we have collected about you, the sources from which we collected that information, the business or commercial purpose for collecting your Personal Information, the categories of third parties with whom we share your Personal Information, the specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you, and the categories of Personal Information we disclosed for a business purpose. In Virginia, Colorado, Utah and Connecticut (and other applicable states), you also have the right to obtain a portable copy of the Personal Information that you provided to us.  
2. Right to Delete.  You can request for Corvex to delete Personal Information we have collected from you and to tell our service providers to do the same, subject to certain legally permissible exceptions (such as if we are legally required to keep the information).  
3. Right to Opt-Out. You may request for Corvex to stop selling or sharing your Personal Information (“opt-out”), including by contacting Corvex via email at privacy@corvex.ai or by clicking on the “Your Privacy Choices” link at the footer of our website.  You may also choose to enable online, where available, a universal tool that automatically communicates your opt-out preferences, such as the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). We will process the GPC signals that we receive as a request to opt out, although we note that our systems and networks may not receive all GPC signals due to the technologies and communication settings you and we deploy at a particular time.
4. Right to correct. You may ask Corvex to correct or update inaccurate personal information that we have about you.
5. Right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. You can direct Corvex to only use your sensitive personal information (for example, your social security number, financial account information, your precise geolocation data, or your genetic data) for limited purposes, such as providing you with the services you requested.  Given the nature of the Interactions, please know that it is unlikely that Corvex would have any such sensitive personal information related to you and we request for you not to share any such sensitive personal information with us.
6. Non-discrimination. You have the right to be free from discrimination related to your exercise of any of your legally mandated rights.  
7. Opt-In Right for Sensitive Data. Certain states require you to affirmatively opt-in to the processing of any sensitive personal data.  We do not currently collect sensitive personal data in connection with the Interactions and will update this privacy policy as required by applicable law if that changes.  

3. How to Make a Request.

You can make a request to exercise the rights described above by contacting us at privacy@corvex.ai or by clicking on the “Your Privacy Choices” link at the footer of our website.   Please specify the particular right you want to exercise in your request.  Please note that altering, updating or deleting any Personal Information may alter the functioning or operation of some or all of the Site or other Interactions we provide.    

We will respond to your request within the timelines required by the laws of your jurisdiction.  In order to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access or deletion, we may require you to verify your identity before you can submit a rights request. If you do not have an account with us, or if we suspect that your account has been compromised, we may ask you to provide additional Personal Information for verification. If we are subsequently unable to confirm your identity, we may refuse your rights request.

In addition, there may be information we will not return in response to your request, such as information that could affect the privacy of others or violate legal requirements. Likewise, there may be reasons why we cannot comply with your deletion request, such as our need to keep your Personal Information to comply with a legal obligation.  If we deny any of your privacy-related requests, you may contact us at privacy@corvex.ai in order to appeal our decision.

4. California Shine the Light Act.

In addition to the rights granted above, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (the “Shine the Light Law”) permits individuals that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.  Please contact us at privacy@corvex.ai if you are a California resident and would like to exercise your rights under the Shine the Light Law.

5. Retention.

We may retain and use your Personal Information as necessary to facilitate the Interactions, comply with our legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Consistent with these requirements, we will delete your Personal Information within the time limits imposed by applicable law, if any.  A more detailed description of our data retention practices is in our Privacy Policy under the Section entitled “Data Retention”.

6. De-Identified Data.

We may sometimes de-identify your information.  Where we maintain or use de-identified data, we will continue to maintain and use the de-identified data only in a de-identified fashion and will not attempt to re-identify the data.  Please know that de-identified data is not subject to the same requirements as set forth in this Notice with respect to Personal Information generally, but we will at all times comply with laws applicable to de-identified data.

We will update this Notice from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
